haven't heard of this one. have you been able to track the leak down to the pulley area for sure? possible that you could have a leak elsewhere (i can't remember where the breather hose ends up - mebbe you have a leak up higher and it's trailing down to this spot). i'd prolly be pulling some pieces off looking for the source (battery and case, airbox, left side pulley cover, etc). good luck!
